Group Benefits
Large Group Registration (10 or More Staff or Participants)
Step 1 – Complete the Group Submission Form
The group leader or billing contact fills out the form with the names and contact information for all participants the organization will be paying for.
Step 2 – Participants Register Individually
Once the form is submitted, each participant registers here on the WildApricot platform using their own email address. Select “Invoice Me” at checkout so we can link all registrations to your group invoice.
Step 3 – We Link and Invoice Your Group
This ensures all registrations are connected, eligible discounts are applied, and every participant will receive Whova event app access (invitations sent about one month before the event).
Note: There’s no need to wait for confirmation before starting individual registrations. Once the form is submitted, your team can proceed right away.
