Partnerships for Montessori:

Shaping Policy Together

You are cordially invited to attend an important session on Montessori Advocacy, being held  on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 1:30 pm during the AMI/USA annual conference in San Diego.

Everyone is an advocate and we can increase the impact of our message if we all add our voices! Join Montessori Public Policy Initiative, a joint collaboration of AMS and AMI/USA, as we delve into Montessori policy and advocacy. Learn about what MPPI does to support the advancement of Montessori friendly policies state by state and familiarize yourself with advocacy tools and current policy issues and trends at the state and federal levels.

We are excited to present a round table discussion with policy makers and Montessorians, focusing on pathways creating access to public funding for Montessori schools and families.

You will gain skills to effectively communicate policy needs for the Montessori teachers, programs, and children in your state. This session will also provide opportunities to hear and connect with advocates from across the country. We welcome everyone to join the conversation and work of increasing access to high fidelity Montessori to all children!

NOTE: This registration is to attend the Advocacy Session ONLY. Everyone is welcome to attend the entire conference, regardless of their training or background. You can register here for the entire conference (including the Advocacy session).
