Liability Insurance and Cancellation Policy
Business liability insurance is required for all exhibitors. If temporary coverage is needed, AMI/USA can provide information on how to acquire it.
Regarding cancellations, fifty percent (50%) of the exhibit fees paid will be refunded if written cancellation notice is received via email to AMI/USA by January 12, 2026. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. All cancellation notices should be sent to events@amiusa.org.
